P.B. 12/08 In my business first impressions are extremely important, as is confidence in your smile and teeth. I came to Dr. Collazo to be my dentist and to take care of my routine dental needs. On my first visit the staff greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel to be part of the "family". The Herbert Dental group is very much a family, they laugh and have fun - but they know their business and are total professionals. I gained the trust in Dr. Collazo and his staff to discuss with them a total rework on my porcelain veneers. They treated me with care and they quickly recognized my concern - not in the procedure or the fear of any pain - but more in the process. They thoroughly convinced me and the process and the end result was a total success. Even after the procedure they took great care to make sure that everything was perfect and it was. Thank you Dr. Collazo and team - or should I say "family".
